By using Progredito you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Progredito is a self-therapy web application designed to help you reflect, track your emotional wellbeing, and build healthier thinking patterns. It is a self-help tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services immediately.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. If someone else accesses your account because your password was shared or compromised, we are not liable for any consequences. You must provide a valid email address when registering. One account per person.
When you create an account you get 30 days of free access to all features. After 30 days, continued access requires a paid subscription. You will not be charged during the trial. No payment details are required to start your trial.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge you automatically each month until you cancel. The current subscription price is displayed on the payment screen when your trial ends. We reserve the right to change pricing, but any change will only apply to new billing cycles after we notify existing subscribers.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, the app locks and your data is kept for 12 months in case you decide to come back. After 12 months of inactivity, we may delete your account and data.
Because Progredito is a digital service with immediate access, we generally do not offer refunds for completed billing periods. If you feel you were charged unfairly or by mistake, email us and we will sort it out.
Anything you write in your therapy sessions belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your responses, reflections, or personal data. We store it only to make the app work for you.
Do not use Progredito to harm others, distribute harmful content, or attempt to access other users' data. Do not try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app's functionality. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to keep Progredito available at all times, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to take the app offline for maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary downtime.
Progredito is provided "as is." We do our best to make it helpful and reliable, but we make no guarantees about specific outcomes from using the app. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
